The PEAK DOGS are helping Blazer Success!!

Tuesday we went to Spotswood High School for our second visit...we played bowling with Doggies... We had TEAM CHEETAH and TEAM VIXEN...they had to work with there dog and strategize how to get their dog to knock down as many pins as possible on their frame.  They practiced with a couple of pins then we bowled 5 frames apiece....the kids couldn't touch the dog or the pins...  TEAM VIXEN  won by 1 point...very close! Proud of the kids for coming up with the strategies that they did and working together and encouraging their dog to do what they wanted..

Too Legit to Quit!!!

Yesterday we got our official 501(c)3 nonprofit approval letter in the mail....I am so excited about this  piece of the puzzle fitting into place...I guess now the process of writing grants and proposals start!

The PEAK Dogs go to the Kids Book Festival!

Last weekend, The PEAK Dogs and I had the chance to be a part of the the WVPTs Kids Book Festival at the fairgrounds ...

We had a great time talking to people and introducing them to our program. The girls were great and stayed in the x-pen, which became the unofficial kissing booth!

 

We had a nice little spot by the door...
